Day 3- July 24 HONG KONG SIGHTSEEING
Victoria Peak, Aberdeen. Free for the afternoon shopping

Day 4- July 25 ARRIVE CHENG-DU
Visit the Green Ram Taoist Temple and Dufu Temple

Day 5- July 26 CHENG-DU SIGHTSEEING
Visit the Woolong Panda Reserve Research Station and LeShan Giant Buddha

Day 6-  July 27 ARRIVE LHASA (3650m)
Fly Chengdu to Lhasa ,Tibet. After arrival at Gongar Airport, meet our Tibetan Guide, transfer to hotel in Lhasa. Afternoon free for rest of the day and acclimate. Hotel.

Day 7/8- July 28/29 LHASA SIGHTSEEING
In Lhasa, guided tour visiting the Potala Palace , The winter Palace of the Dalai Lama; Norbulinka, Drepung, The largest Monastic University in Tibet & Sera monasteries, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Bazaar. Hotel.

Day 9- July 30 LHASA - GYANTSE (3560m) -259 kms
Drive to Gyantse passing the Yamdrok Tsho (Turquoise Lake) and crossing the Kampa la Pass (5050 m) & Karo La pass (5045 m). Hotel

Day 10- July 31 GYANTSE - SHIGATSE (3900 m) -90kms
Visit the Khumbhum Stupa & Phalkor Monastery at Gyantse. 3 hour drive to Shigatse. Visit the Tashilungpo Monastery  and the Tibetan market . Hotel

Day 11- Aug 1 SHIGATSE - XEGAR (3900 m) - 244kms
Drive to Shegar across the Tsoula Pass (4500 m) and Gyatsola pass(5220 m) to Xhegar. Enroute visit Sakya Monastery. Hotel.

Day 12- Aug 2  XEGAR - DZA RONGPHU MONASTERY (4920 m) - 60kms
Drive over Pangla pass (5200 m) to Rongphu Monastery, The worlds highest Monastery (5200 m) situated below the giant North Face of Mt. Everest. Rongphu Monastery Guest House.

Day 13- Aug 3  EVEREST BASE CAMP
Day hike to North Mount Everest Base Camp yhrough the Rongbuk Valley and Rongphu Glacier. If one tires out, there are horse and carts for hire during the summer season. Free for the afternoon to enjoy the view.(8 kms each way). Rongphu Monastery Guest House.

Day 14- Aug 4  NYLAM or ZAMGMU
Drive over the Himalayas on the famed Friendship Highway and down to Tibet-Nepal border town of Nyalam or Zangmu. Enroute visit Milerapa Cave. Hotel.

Day 15- Aug 5 NYLAM/ZANGMU - KATHMANDU 125 kms
Cross the Friendship Bridge into Nepal and drive to Kathmandu. End of Lhasa, Everest basecamp to Kathmandu Section of the tour Free for the rest of the day to explore Kathmandu

Day 16/17. Aug 6/7 KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
Free for the duration in Kathmandu

Day 18 - Aug 8 ARRIVE HONG KONG
Free for the rest of the day for relaxing and shopping.
